By using the Site and services(together with the Site the "Services") by OruFun("we" or "us"), you’re agreeing to these legally binding rules (the “Terms”). Also, you"re agreeing to our Privacy Policy.
We may change these terms from time to time, we will let you know any material changes by notifying you on the Site or by sending you an email.

You shouldn't do that.
This is a list of what you shouldn't do. Don't do these things.
Dont' break the law.
Don’t take any action that infringes or violates other people’s rights, violates the law, or breaches any contract or legal duty you have toward anyone.
Don't spam.
Don’t distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, or any junk mail, spam, or chain letters. Don’t run mail lists, listservs, or any kind of auto-responder or spam on or through the Site.
Don’t harm anyone’s computer.
Don’t distribute software viruses, or anything else (code, films, programs) designed to interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or equipment on the Site (whether it belongs to OruFun or another party).
Don't resell our digital item
Sharing and reselling purchased pattern including the Tutorial and the Stats Table without our permission is prohibited.
Don’t try to damage or get unauthorized access to any system, data, password, or other information, whether it belongs to OruFun or another party.
Don’t take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or on our third-party providers. (We reserve the right to determine what’s reasonable.)
Don’t use any kind of software or device (whether it’s manual or automated) to “crawl” or “spider” any part of the Site.
Things we don't do and aren't responsible.
OruFun isn’t liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Services. We don’t become involved in disputes between users, or between users and any third party relating to the use of the Services. When you use the Services, you release OruFun from claims, damages, and demands of every kind — known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed — arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content you access through the Services is at your own risk. You’re solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.
About Price and Fees
OruFun reserve all rights to change product's price and any service fees at any time. We don't have any responsibility any refund or cancelation after changing the price or fee is effective.
Crating an account on OruFun is free.
Payment
We accept your payment with PayPal and Stripe.If you don't have these account for payment, you'll need to be sign up for making a payment. When you purchase on our products, you’re also agreeing to the payment processor’s terms of service. Other payment method such as bank transfer, check, cash are not acceptable. All payment on our products or services are made by customer and are responsible to customer.
About Shipping
Physical items purchased from OruFun are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We basically ship our products with EMS which is fast delivery way from Japan Post to world wide with tracking number in 3-5 business days,but if we had a waiting list, shipping might be late. In case of expected delivery delay, we announce you.
Also,we have another option to ship our products with regular shipping with lower price. If you never mind to get our products fast, please let us know regarding shipping method.
International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees

About Products
Materials
OruFun often uses used books for making our products.
When we use a used book as a material for our products, we choose a book which has suitable conditions such as number of pages, paper quality, but some books have age-tunnnig and stain. For making it, we basically use a book as same as thumbnails, but we have to use different books due to lacking our materials.
Returns and Refunds
If you have any troubles, please send us an email from Contact.
We try to figure out your problem with you. We can not accept your refund request in case of the reason is so personal.
Termination
Deleting By OruFun.
We may delete or suspend your account (and any related accounts) and your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. If we do so, it’s important to understand that you don’t have a contractual or legal right to continue to use our Services.
If you or we terminate your account, you may lose any information associated with your account, including Your Content.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Third-Party Services. Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we don’t own or control (for example, links to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). You may also need to use a third party’s product or service in order to use some of our Services (like a compatible mobile device to use our mobile apps). When you access these third-party services, you do so at your own risk. The third parties may require you to accept their own terms of use. OruFun is not a party to those agreements; they are solely between you and the third party.
Warranties.
OruFun is dedicated to making our Products and Services the best they can be, but we’re not perfect and sometimes things can go wrong. You understand that our Products and Services are provided “as is” and without any kind of warranty (express or implied). We are expressly disclaiming any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any warranties implied by a course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not guarantee that: (i) the Services will be secure or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any defects or errors will be corrected; (iii) the Services will be free of viruses or other harmful materials; or (iv) the results of using the Services will meet your expectations. You use the Services solely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
If you do something that gets us sued, or break any of the promises you make in this agreement, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other legal costs) that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of OruFun. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to this indemnification clause, in which case you agree that you’ll cooperate and help us in asserting any defenses.
Disputes with OruFun
If you’re upset with us, let us know, and hopefully we can resolve your issue. But if we can’t, then these rules will govern any legal dispute involving our Services:
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Japan Conflicts that arise from the Service or conflicts between Users and the Company related to the Service will be governed primarily under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Tokyo or the Tokyo Summary Court.
Changes to the Terms
That way you can decide whether you want to continue using the Services. Changes will be effective upon the posting of the changes. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any changes. Your use of the Services following the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
